Candle Care

Trim the Wick

Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to prevent excess smoke and ensure an even burn. This will also help your candle burn slower and last longer.

Burn Time

For optimal performance, burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. This allows the wax to melt evenly across the surface, preventing tunneling and maximizing your candle's life.

First Burn

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the jar to prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn throughout its life.

Avoid Drafts

Keep your candle away from drafts, fans, or air conditioning to ensure an even burn and prevent uneven melting or flickering.

Burning Safely

Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always place it on a heat-resistant surface. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Lastly, burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects.

Store Properly

When not in use, store your candle in a cool, dry place to preserve its fragrance and maintain the quality of the wax.

Wax Melts Care

Use in a Wax Melter

Place your wax melts in an electric or tealight wax warmer. Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for your specific warmer to avoid overheating.

Start with a Small Amount

Start with one or two pieces of wax melt. You can always add more if you prefer a stronger scent. A little goes a long way!

Avoid Overheating

Never leave your wax melts on a warmer unattended for extended periods of time. Turn off the warmer once you’ve enjoyed the fragrance to prevent overheating and to preserve the wax.

Maximize Scent Longevity

The wax will slowly lose fragrance over time. When the scent is no longer strong, it’s time to replace it. Allow the wax to fully cool before discarding it. You can wipe it out of your warmer easily once it's solidified.

Storage

Store your wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to preserve the integrity of the fragrance.

Clean the Warmer

If the wax in your warmer becomes too built-up or if you’re changing scents, gently wipe out the remaining wax with a soft cloth or paper towel. Be sure the warmer is completely cool before doing so.

Do Not Add Water

Do not add water to wax melts.Water and wax do not mix, and adding water can cause the wax to splatter, potentially leading to burns

Clay Jewelry Care

Cleaning/Care of Polymer Clay:

Your chosen items have been created by hand and then cured in an oven. While they should be rather strong, they are not invincible. I recommend cleaning your chosen piece with mild soap and water while using a cotton swab to lightly rub the area. For a stubborn stain, you may choose to use a very light amount of rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab. Please avoid any harsh chemicals such as acetone as it can damage your special piece. For deep crevices you can use a soft toothbrush with a mild soap and water.

Note: Do not submerge the special piece in water or other liquids.

Cleaning/Care of Metals

Cleaning/Care of Metals:

Stainless Steel can be cleaned by using a mild soap with warm water and a soft cloth or tooth brush. For a stubborn stain, you may choose to use a very light amount of rubbing alcohol or baking soda mixed with water and a cotton swab to gently rub the area. Please avoid any harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges as it can damage your special piece. For hard to reach areas you can use a soft toothbrush with a mild soap and water.

Note: Please remove the polymer clay piece from the metal necklace before submerging in a liquid if that is a chosen path to clean your metals.
