Ordering Instructions/Creation Timeline:

If the item you have chosen is in stock, your shipment should be delivered to the post office within 3 business days. If the item needs to be created from scratch, please expect a delay, and your shipment should be ready for drop-off at the post office within a week to 2 weeks of your order. I will provide updates on your order whether there are delays or not; I appreciate your patience as I create each item by my own hands. 

Shipping Details/Timeline:

Shipment is provided by the United States Postal Service and you will be provided with a tracking number to watch your chosen item go on its adventure to find you.

Cleaning/Care of Polymer Clay:

Your chosen items have been created by hand and then cured in an oven. While they should be rather strong, they are not invincible. I recommend cleaning your chosen piece with mild soap and water while using a cotton swab to lightly rub the area. For a stubborn stain, you may choose to use a very light amount of rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab. Please avoid any harsh chemicals such as acetone as it can damage your special piece. For deep crevices you can use a soft toothbrush with a mild soap and water. 

Note: Do not submerge the special piece in water or other liquids.
